Chandigarh, November 23, 2016: The 69th Annual Nirankari Sant Samagam concluded Delhi with a message of love and peace for the world. Nirankari Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj said that the 3-day Samagam presented a beautiful view of a tented township where everybody lived with the feelings of love and cooperation. She called upon the participants to take the message to every nook and corner of the world.
Above mention information has been given by Sh. Mohinder Singh Ji, Sanyojak Sant Nirankari Mandal, Branch Chandigarh.  It was the first Annual Sant Samagam to be held after the sad demise of Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj and dedicated to his loving memory with the theme – ‘A tribute to Humanness’. The devotees came from all over the country and abroad in larger number than normal attendance because everybody wanted to express their gratitude to Baba Ji and also seek blessings from the present spiritual mentor, Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj.
Saturu Mata Ji said that Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj blessed us with a vision to perceive God, unite with Him and enlighten our lives. Baba Ji’s contribution in the spiritual and social life of the devotees as also his service to humanity were highlighted with the help of a special video programme based on Sufi Kalam, produced by Nirankari Studio.
The highlight of the concluding session was a multi-lingual poetic symposium in which about 30 leading poets of the Mission from various parts of the country and abroad participated. The theme of the symposium was – ‘Karz Chukaya Na Jaye, Hardev Tere Ehsano Ka’. It means we cannot repay the debt of the benevolence that Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj showered on mankind. These poets presented their poems in Hindi, Punjabi, English, Gujarati, Bhojpuri, Multani and Haryanvi.
Shri Khem Raj Chadha, Vice-President of Central Planning and Advisory Board and Shri V.D. Nagpal, General Secretary of the Sant Nirankari Mandal and Co-ordinator for the Samagam thanked Satguru Mata Ji for inspiration and guidance she provided to the organizers and also the blessings to those who participated in the preparations for
the Samagam. Shri Nagpal Ji said that Satguru Mata Ji visited the grounds almost every day in the morning and in the afternoon and sometime late in the night also.  She visited every residential tent to ensure that the devotees coming from outside find their stay as comfortable as possible.
Shri Khem Raj Chadha and Shri Nagpal Ji thanked also the various Government departments, MCD and other organizations for their whole hearted cooperation to provide the space as also the facilities of water, electricity and sewerage, etc.
Like in the past several VIPs visited the Samagam and sought blessings from Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj. This showed their love for Baba Ji and their appreciation for his message. They included Shri Manish Sisodia, Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi accompanied by Health Minister Shri Satayender Jain, Union Minister Dr. Harshvardhan, Minister of State Shri Vijay Sampla, Syed Shah Nawaz Hussain; Shri Subhash Sachdeva; Shri Balbir Sidhu, MLA, Mohali; and Shri Dinesh Kumar from Vishva Hindu Parishad.
Shri S.P. Verma, Vice-President, Gandhi Global Family, came with a 30-member delegation from his organization with a banner – ‘A tribute to His Holiness Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj for his contribution towards world peace’.
As soon as the Samagam was over, the devotees started their journey back home. They were all provided free transport by the organizers up to the Railway Stations and Inter-State bus Addas.
