Chandigarh, 21st March, 2017: Under the directions of Dr. Tapasya Raghav IAS, SDM east a raid was conducted by the team of Food safety officer Sh. S.P Singh in the Bakeries running in village Hallomajra, U.T. Chandigarh. During the drive cake, namkeen, buns bakeries were found running. Total 50 k.g of bakery items were destroyed on the spot, which were made in unhygienic conditions and samples were also taken. As per SDM East the drive to check the running of illegal Bakeries without license in residential area would continue in coming days
also.
