Chandigarh : 20 December 2017: Guru Gobind Singh Ji was born in Patna and this year his 351th birthday is being organized by Pragatava Janata Dal (U) Punjab unit in Patna Sahib. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is organizing this event under his own supervision. Thousands of pilgrims from all over the country are reaching Patna on this occasion. Pragatava Janata Dal (U) Punjab unit President Malvinder Singh Benipal told that for the convenience of the devotees, the Haryana government has given free buses and rail service. This will help the devotees reach safely. The Bihar government is fully prepared to welcome the pilgrims. Tent City, langar Hall and Samagam Pandal have been prepared for the convenience of the accompaniment. He told that the way Haryana government has helped devotess, we want Punjab Government to provide the same service to the devotees. We will meet Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh and present the demand for free buses and rail services.
Malvinder told that the pilgrims who will reach Bihar from their vehicles will be allowed free toll till the end of the program in all the ways. He said that in these gatherings, Jathedar Gurbachan Singh ji of Akal Takht Sahib is specially coming and according to the order issued from Akal Takht Sahib, this samagam is being done on December 25, 2017.
He has imposed the duty of party workers to prepare the accompaniment to participate in these gatherings throughout Punjab. On this occasion, Balwinder Singh, Hardeep Singh, Narendra Pal Singh, Badru ji, Praduman Garg and Harakiran Jeet Singh were present
