een’s Salon and Hair Lounge in the up market Sec 9 of Panchkula.
Chief Guest of the event ,MLA of Panchkula, Mr. Gyan Chand Gupta announced the opening of the salon. Popular Hindi Film & TV actress, Shiny Dixit who has won many hearts with her role in Bollywood film Hate Story 3 & who showed her acting calibre in Zee TV serials- Jodhaa Akbar, Lajwanti, Zindagi Ki Mehak as well as Sony TV’s Pyaar ko ho jane do was also present. Accompanying them was Immamudin Shokeen, the person behind the introduction of this project.
The salon has got a wide variety of services for both men and women. The range of services varies from providing a permanent treatment for scars to the pigmentation problems which have been a matter of concern for beauty enthusiasts everywhere. Adding to the list is permanent make up which focuses on lips , eyebrows etc for ladies who look forward to a beautiful look for a long term. In order to provide the best services to their customers, the salon has got a cosmetology expert with them in order to do proper analysis of the skin tone and texture before applying any treatment to the same. Highlighting the importance of this, Immamudin Shokeen said, “I truly realize the science behind beauty. Sometimes, make up or application of a product brings damage to the skin because one cannot apply a single product to all customers. A proper analysis is required because every skin type is different and this is the way we work.” Apart from this, the salon has special provision for Matt look which is in high demand especially among young fashion enthusiasts. Shiny Dixit, said, “One can hardly compromise when it comes to looks these days. In the film & TV Industry the role of Make Up & Hair experts is pivotal. Shokeen's has a very good team and am sure they will not only serve the growing regional film & TV Industry but also the tricity very well."
Furthermore, the hair treatment side is also well executed. Hair Extensions which are done using stitches and clipping technique are on the board. The main attraction in this section is the non-surgical hair replacement which would act as a panacea for people looking forward to change their looks. For the chemotherapy patients, the salon provides a service of permanent wigs through which people can get rid of their bald looks.
“I consider start ups like this a big step to boost employment opportunities as well as entrepreneurship culture in Panchkula.
