Chandigarh 23rd Nov. 2016 : Today Dr. Sukhchain Singh, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, UT cum Nodal Officer, CCTNS Project Chandigarh launched the ambitious Citizen Portal of Chandigarh Police under CCTNS Project at Police Headquarters, Sector 9D, Chandigarh. Dr. Eish Singhal, IPS, SP/Hqrs, Dr. Navdeep Singh Brar, IPS, SP/City, Sh. Roshan Lal, SP/Comn., DSP/CCIC, DSP/Hqrs. & I/C Computer Section alongwith representatives of System Integrator were also present at the event.
Presently services i.e. Accidental Report, Lost Article Reporting System, Police Clearance Certificate, FIR downloading links etc. for the Citizens have been included in the portal. More Services will be included in future. The Citizen Portal would be very helpful for the Citizens of the City Beautiful to avail the services available on the portal.
