The new Chairman for CII Chandigarh, Dr S P S Grewal is the Chief Executive Officer of Grewal Eye Institute Pvt Ltd. Dr Grewal has worked for 35 years in field of Ophthalmology. He has worked at PGI for 12 years and left PGI in 1993 as Associated Professor to start own setup. Dr Grewal is a member of American Academy of Ophthalmology, European Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgeons, All India Ophthalmology Society etc.
Dr SPS Grewal, has been awarded the ‘Healthcare Excellence Award for Eye Specialist in Chandigarh’ for his Outstanding Achievements in the field of Ophthalmology to the society by Worldwide Achievers Pvt Ltd, New Delhi in 2013.
CII Chandigarh’s new Vice-Chairman, Mr Manish Gupta is the Proprietor of Synergy Enterprises. He started his unit M/s Synergy Enterprises in year 2000 in Chandigarh and pursued his passion of doing R&D and manufacturing for Defense Forces especially Indian Air Force and DRDO Labs. He is an active executive member of Aeronautical Society of India and served for many years as its Honorary Treasurer for Chandigarh Branch. He is also member and certified Chartered Engineer from Institution of Engineers. He is recipient of Award of Excellence in Indigenization from the Ministry of Defense, Govt. of India as well as from SIATI (Society of Indian Aerospace Technologies and Industries).
